During the summer months we’ve been working on a residential scheme in conjunction with Wates Residential for Flintshire County Council to design an innovative housing project with the aim to establish a template for future housing schemes.
The local authority applied for Welsh Government funding via the Innovative Housing Programme (IHP) and in July we presented the scheme to the Design Commission for Wales, in Cardiff.
Following the Design Commission’s assessment, the scheme has now been shortlisted and we have been invited for a clarification interview to discuss taking the scheme forward!
