Coronavirus (COVID-19) Practice Statement

We wanted to take a moment and advise you as to how we are managing the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

As a practice we are committed to provide continuing support to all of our clients through this difficult time. Of primary consideration is the health and wellbeing of our employees and decisions within the practice are being made in line with Government advice.

We have implemented measures to ensure that our employees can work remotely, whilst maintaining and prioritising our core functions during this time. If we need to make changes to any existing arrangements, we will be in touch with those affected individuals directly.

In line with Government guidelines, we have cancelled all non-essential meetings in our office, as well as surveys, inspections and meetings on site. We are offering video conference calls via Microsoft Teams where appropriate.

We will remain contactable by telephone, email and video chat, though response times may be slightly impacted as we adapt to our new working environment.

Our office will unfortunately not be open to visitors. Please do not post any hard copy documents as there will be a delay in retrieving them. Instead, please email documents to the intended recipient or alternatively send a message to our general mailbox which can be found on our website at the Contact Us page.

We will provide further updates as circumstances change, but the most important message we have at the moment is that it is business as usual and please continue to call or email us.
